Telescopic lift trucks
Telescopic forklifts offer versatility and height. These models are equipped with a pronged lift on an arm that extends over the top of the truck. The crane, or arm, is referred to as a telescopic boom. The boom allows the individual using it to lift the cargo to great heights while maintaining a high degree of control. Regular forklifts aren't able to move the load away from and towards the cab of the forklift, whereas a telescopic forklift allows that movement. The telescopic forklift is normally used in both agriculture and construction. It is recommended for applications where greater control and lift is needed.
A forklift carton clamp attachments are recommended in cases requiring high volume carton handling. The attachment has arm pads with four way reversible rubber linings which enable the operator to use uniform clamping force when lifting a cargo. It comes with a backrest that protects the cargo from damage.
A slip sheet attachment fits onto a slip sheet forklift. It is utilized for storing systems that don't utilize pallets. The attachment clamps onto the slip sheet and pulls it onto the forks on the forklift. This type of system is handy for overseas shipments and intra-corporate deliveries.
A man basket is a lift platform meant specifically to raise staff. The basket attaches to the forklift forks, held in with a chain or strap which is to be directly secured to the forklift carriage. The platform has railings to protect the workers from falling to the ground. Brackets on the platform are used for fastening the worker's safety harness.
